Getting involved in running was one of the best things I have ever done. I used to dream of being a runner, but I was morbidly obese and physically unable to run, so my dreams was the only place where I could run. The kids and I are super bummed out right now over this debacle with our subdivision pool. How do you deal with disappointment when it is something that is totally out of your control? Fast forward to the end around 6:33 and see the HUGE tomatoes I am growing!!

Throughout the month of May I've been steadily increasing my time at CrossFit En Fuego. I'm not staying and lifting more, I'm staying and doing additional cross training. Be prepared, this is going to be a long post!! This past Saturday was one of the busiest I have had in a L.O.N.G. time. My family and I woke up pretty close to our normal time, but instead of heading to CrossFit En Fuego for my daily WOD and CrossFit Kids, we headed down to the Tampa Fair Grounds for a family 5K: Color Me Rad.
