When it comes to my workout routine I pretty much stick to a specific schedule. Sure, life throws me curve balls sometimes and I adjust accordingly, but for the most part I know what I'm going to do on any given day. Yesterday I had a little curve ball when I decided to attend the GoGoSqueez Tampa Launch party (I'd been planning to attend for at least a week.) Normally on Wednesday morning I do a 2 mile run and then do an hour of Body Pump. But I'm learning to be flexible with my workout schedule and KNOW that as long as I get it in, it's all good baby!! I didn't get my run in, but I did do an hour of Body Pump. I dropped the kids off at school and headed down to the PARTY!
GoGoSqueez Party in Aisle 20! The new line of GoGoSqueez, Fresh Fruit is ONLY sold at Target!!
It was nice to break up the routine and meet some new friends that I'd been chatting with online for a few weeks, but they felt like old friends We are all members of the Tampa Bay Bloggers. You can't really see my shirt, but it has a gingerbread man with a broken leg and it say's "oh snap." I thought it was pretty clever.

GoGoSqueez was also nice enough to give me a bag to give of yummy goodness to give away to one of my readers!!
The bag contains one 4-pack of GoGoSqueeZ apple-strawberry applesauce on the go, one 4-pack of GoGoSqueeZ Fast Fruit, two coupons, and some funny fruit tattoos. If you would like to win this bag, please leave a comment below and let me know that you like GoGoSqueez. I'd also like it if you had a Twitter account so you could post a review on Twitter, but that's not a requirement! Ronin will pick the winner next week on Friday!
Marisa (@TampaMama) is the local GoGoSqueez rep and she said it's great for the kids lunch boxes especially if you FREEZE it and then you can use it as an ice-pack, and by lunch time it's like a slushy. I did that with the kids lunches today, so we'll see what they have to say when I pick them up this afternoon!
Continuing with the change your routine theme of this post, I got a BAD leg cramp in my left calf last night around 4am, it started around my ankle and went all the way up. I jumped out of bed, stretched it out, and went back to sleep. This morning when I started to think about what was on my schedule I started to hem and haw....CXWORX and Body Attack. No issue with CX, love it, do it nearly every day. But Body Attack. I don't love it. The jumping really bothers my calf muscles. Then I remembered my calf attack in the middle of the night and started to question my routine. Should I just push through it and do Body Attack regardless, or maybe I should switch it up and do another cardio exercise. I drove to the gym still unsure what I was going to do. And then I saw my friend and asked her what she was going to do after CX. And she said "run on the treadmill." Bam, there was my answer. I was going to run.
She got on her treadmill about 5 minutes before me, so I had some catching up to do.
Overall my workout consisted of a 30 minute ab shredding courtesy of CXWORX and a 5k on the treadmill. I am so glad that I decided to change up my routine!! My calf muscles don't hurt, I got in some sprint work, and I feel great! I might even change my routine tomorrow.
