The {nearly} gluten free diet

My youngest son has been diagnosed as PDD-NOS, which means he has an autism spectrum disorder. Running Happy with the Happy Band

I have crazy hair. It's in a weird in-between stage, side wisps that drive me bonkers when I work out and I have headband ADD. I just can't commit to one brand, and then when I find one I like I never remember to put it on when I'm getting ready for the gym.
